It seems both mods are deader than disco, ofcourse that's logical since the games are super old and it probably doesn't even work on Steam. Here is a good video of what Action Half Life was about.

It had a lot of Matrix influences as well, as a lot of shooters back then did obviously. This mod was more like a Max Payne mod without the slowmotion shootdodge. After school me and my friends would meet at a sort of youth center where we had the ability to play pool, soccer or play on PC's which were connected through LAN.
